Tickets are only good for the selected date. Tickets cannot be used on any other date.
TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE FARM WHEN ON-LINE TICKETS ARE UNAVAILABLE.
In order for us to open, the COVID-19 guidelines set up by the state that we have to follow does not allow for large groups to gather at the farm this year. We are asking that groups be limited to same household family members.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date and are NON-REFUNDABLE*
1. If the farm shuts down for any reason (e.g. weather), the ticket you purchased for the shut-down day will be honored on any other day you attend. Simply present your ticket at the Entry Gate to obtain entry.
2. If you have a personal emergency that warrants a refund, please send an email to [email protected] We will consider your request after the farm closes in November.
** We are requiring a face covering (face mask or shield) be worn by anyone entering the farm and to be worn throughout your entire visit. If you don’t follow this rule, you will be asked to leave. Exceptions apply to children younger than 2 years old. Other exceptions are outlined in our COVID-19 Public Statement at www.pumpkinmaze.com.
** Redeem this e-ticket at one of the designated E-Ticket Entry booths. Bring printed ticket or ticket displayed on smart phone to E-Ticket entry booths for wristband.
** Tickets are good for a specific day. They cannot be exchanged or refunded except if the farm has to close for some reason (e.g. weather) before you validate your ticket that day. If you cannot attend on your ticketed day for an emergency, please email the farm AFTER OCTOBER 31ST at [email protected] and we will address your refund request at that time. There will be no exchanges or refunds processed during the month of October.
