1. If the farm shuts down for any reason (e.g. weather), the ticket you purhased for the shut-down day will be honored on any other day you attend. Simply present your ticket at the Entry Gate to obtain entry.
2. If you have a personal emergency that warrants a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. Your request will be reviewed. Please allow up to 72 hrs for a reply.
